Company Introduction

DATAFLUCT is a data science startup studio that has continuously created new businesses since its founding in 2019 by using previously unused data to create value for companies and society, based on our vision of “turning data into business.” We use a wide range of analysis results, such as satellite image data to location information and POS data. We are skilled at building algorithms that can transcend industries. We provide DX support for various companies by utilizing the knowledge accumulated in the development of various in-house services, from food distribution to the real estate sector. Product Introduction

DATAFLUCT’s original high-precision algorithms enable you to check original data at a glance, including not only area information (e.g., restricted areas) for land acquisition, building coverage ratios, hazard maps, ground information, commercial facilities, the number of people using the nearest station, bus stop, or parking lot, but also household annual income estimate and land price fluctuation forecasts. After we launch the product in May, we plan to provide an export function that can be used for report creation, a property data import function, and an internal sharing function for various materials. PROJECT

Product Overview

We have developed a minimum viable product (MVP). It offers service provision values and functions that were selected based on feedback about the business content and current issues that we obtained from those who work in land acquisition and marketing from multiple major real estate developers working in partnership with us. As a result of discussions, we have considered reducing labor and time required to collect information for land acquisition to be a core issue. Therefore, the main function of our MVP is to display markers (indicating spots and information) and textual and graphic information on survey maps. From the middle stages of development onwards, we asked our partner companies to use our MVP, then listened to their feedback further, resulting in a reduction of time and effort required to collect information on land and properties in the land acquisition business. During the process, we encountered issues in acquiring original data for sharing knowledge about land, properties and in-house materials, and for providing value to condominium purchasers. As the PoC period is still ongoing, we plan to ask people who work in land acquisition to keep using the product in their actual work. We will continue to revise the product based on their feedback, update it, then launch it commercially.

RESULT

We realized that apart from the time required to collect information, other problems also exist in the land acquisition business. These problems are encountered when acquiring knowledge about the land and property, sharing in-house materials, and acquiring original data that can be used to provide value to condominium purchasers. As the PoC period is still ongoing, we plan to ask people who work in land acquisition to keep using the product in their actual work. We will continue to revise the product based on their feedback, update it, and then launch it commercially.

Future Developments

In the future, we plan to update the program’s functionality, add data items, and expand the areas that it targets regularly. In May 2021, we plan to release a launch version of this software that features export functionality for data (including land price fluctuation forecasts that use DATAFLUCT original data), graphs, and maps. We also plan to add a property data import function and an internal information sharing function in July. In the future, DATAFLUCT real-estate will continue to focus on shortening the time and reducing the effort involved in collecting information and creating reports. It will also focus on providing data for the consistent use of our software by land acquisition staff and marketers in their work to provide value to purchasers and improve sales.
