(“DG”) and any of their group companies (collectively, the “DG Group”) and agreed between DG, the DG Group and the Applicant.
Please note that, in the event of any dispute with a third party regarding the submitted information, the applicant shall settle such dispute at its own responsibility and expense, and neither DG nor the DG Group shall bear any responsibility and DG and the DG Group shall not be liable for any damages incurred by applicants as a result of their participation in this program.

Handling of Personal Information and Application Information

The Applicant agrees that information provided to DG in the application process, including any personal information (the “Personal Information”), shall be shared with (1) DG and the DG Group, and (2) the sponsors of the program and other relevant parties. Please note that this information may be provided to our designated foreign mentors. At this time, the countries of the mentors have not been determined, as we will assign appropriate mentors depending on the applicant’s business activities. We will enter into an agreement with each mentor to ensure that they handle the applicant’s personal information in an appropriate manner.
