News Onlab Demo Day Fall 2013 : Seed Accelerator 7th Batch

Open Network Lab (Onlab) presented its Seventh Demo Day yesterday in Daikanyama, Tokyo. The five teams that participated Onlab’s seventh batch are as follows: Shakring (Presented by Hyongchol Kim): A user review tool that collects review comments only from user’s personal network. Locarise (Presented by Fabian Dubois): A company that provides comprehensive traffic analysis for retail business. Style with (Presented by Tatsuya Kurohama): An e-commerce site that provides fashion coordination and styling ideas based on each male user’s personal preference. Ednity (Presented by Kenryu Sato): A “private” social network created for school classes. viibar (Presented by Yuta Kamisaka): A crowdsourcing studio that makes fast, cost-effective and high quality video production possible. Companies such as Rakuten and mixi have already been utilizing the service for their corporate video productions.

Onlab would like to take a moment to once again congratulate viibar for winning the Best Team Award and Locarise for winning Judges’ Special Award as well as to thank all the 7th Batch teams for the great presentations!

~Open Network Lab is now accepting applications for the 8th Batch of Seed Accelerator~
Applications for Seed Accelerator’s 8th Batch will be accepted until Friday, November 8th, 2013 at 12pm (in JST). The program is scheduled to kick off in January 2014.
