* Screening of applications may take some time due to the volume of applications and the order in which they are received. Therefore, it may take some time for us to notify applicants of the acceptance or rejection of their applications.

  • Do not include highly confidential information, such as source code or other technical information that is the core of the business, in the application. Such highly confidential information must not be disclosed throughout the application process, screening and program period unless requested by Eisai Co., Ltd. (including its subsidiaries and affiliates) or Digital Garage, Inc. (including its subsidiaries and affiliates), and agreed between Eisai and/or Digital Garage and the Applicant.

Onlab BioHealth Dementia Innovation Challenge is able to provide assistance to startups according to their various needs.

Regarding Handling of Personal Information

Any personal information provided by the Applicant in connection with the Application (“Personal Information”) shall be obtained by Digital Garage and provided to Eisai, other mentors, and cooperating members, respectively.

The following are the Personal Information to be obtained by Digital Garage from the Applicants, and all the following Personal Information shall be provided by Digital Garage to Eisai, other mentors, and cooperating members:

    The purposes of use of the Personal Information obtained by Digital Garage shall be as follows:

  • Screening and communication related to the screening process;
  • Office/seminar/mentoring arrangements for the Program operations;
  • Sending e-mail newsletters to those who are interested; and
  • To support and provide other necessary services, and communications for business alliances.

    The purposes of use of the Personal Information obtained by Eisai from Digital Garage shall be as follows:

  • Communications for the operation of the Program, support for startups, and business alliances; and
  • Seminar/mentoring arrangements for the Program operations

    Other purposes of use of the Personal Information provided by Digital Garage to mentors and cooperating members shall be as follows:

  • Communications for sharing or consultation about the business, introducing others, and providing other necessary services regarding how to proceed with the collaboration.
