About ONL

Open Network Lab

Open Network Lab is a mentorship-driven seed stage investment program that supports entrepreneurs and engineers who are creating global startups.

A three-month incubation program for entrepreneurs and engineers aiming to build a global technology startup.
We are interested in young companies (under 2 years since founding) or teams, with a strong business plan and high technical skills. For the selected teams, we provide office space, servers, and various facilities. We also provide mentorship and advice from experienced engineers, entrepreneurs, and investors.
After the completion of the program, the teams will be provided with opportunities for fundraising from domestic and international venture capitalists and entrepreneurs.

ONLAB's Seed Accelerator Program runs twice annually. The Winter Program starts from January and ends in April. The Summer Program starts from July and ends in October.
*Applications open for Winter Program from September until end of October, and from March until end of April for the Summer Program.

Mentoring

We provide mentoring by experienced engineers, entrepreneurs, and investors, to help you polish your ideas.

Laboratory

We provide office space, specifically for the Seed Accelerator program, with servers, Internet connection, and shared lounge area during the program, located in Daikanyama, Tokyo inside the Digital Garage building.

Funding

During the program, we sponsor each startup with 1,000,000 yen.
We also provide opportunities for successful businesses to receive further investments, giving you the speed to grow even further.

Community

We promote interactions between engineers and entrepreneurs interested in startups, through events such as「Open Network Live!」.
In these events, we facilitate discussions, talks, and workshops, on specific themes with invited speakers and experts.
